West Point Town Manager, John Edwards, obtained the below email in which King William County Administrator, Percy Ashcraft, references the funding of ONE library facility in the county's plan for an independent library.
The full breakdown and origin of the numbers he describes for this new library have yet to be confirmed, as Library of Virginia staff has yet to provide a cost/benefit for the county, which can be confirmed by the PDF linked below this one.
